A technical audit of the limestone and marl quarry of Djebel Ressas, operated by the company “Carthage Cement“, in the northeast of Tunisia. The execution of this mission was based essentially on the field work. Therefore, we have performed the following tasks :
- Overseeing of excavation work.
- Execution time evaluation
- Equipment performance
- Checking the depth and inclination of the hole
- Validation of drill networks (bench and spacing).
- Estimation of required amount of explosives
- Evaluation of surface and volume before and after recording
- Assessment of explosive consumption per ton and per meter of drilling
